MODIFIEDS BACK ON THE HIGH BANKED CLAY OVAL THIS SATURDAY NIGHT

SPEEDWAY MEDIA- The racing in the month of September rolls along again Saturday night as the Pep Boys IMCA Modifieds are set to return to Bakersfield Speedway September 21st along with the H&S Body Works Hobby Stocks, Central Valley Tanks IMCA Stock Cars, CA Lightning Sprints and the Coca-Cola Mini Stocks.

Bakersfield’s Brad Pounds is coming off a big Modified win the last time they were at the Speedway August 24th. Winning the 2019 addition of the Mike Moshier Classic was another great run for Pounds and he looks to back that up this Saturday night. Current points leader Robby Sawyer will also be in the field with hopes to tighten his hold on the Modified season points series.

Tickets for the Bakersfield Speedway are available at the front gates when they open to spectators at 5:00pm this Saturday night. General admission $12.00, Seniors/Military $10.00, Kids 6-12 $6.00, 5 and under are admitted free. The Bakersfield Speedway also offers the popular family pack of 2 adult tickets along with 2 kid’s tickets for just $30.00. Parking and camping is always free at the Bakersfield Speedway.
