Bakersfield Speedway: Rutherford takes Midget feature

Rutherford of Ojai started on the outside of the front row and led wire-to-wire to win the 30-lap USAC Western States Midget feature. Larry Hood wins third IMCA feature at Speedway

Johnson claims Hobby Stock win

Johnson’s win came on the JDRF Night at the third-mile clay oval as Reed, though his non-profit organization, Ryan’s Mission, was raising money and awareness for JDRF.
