The Awards Banquet for the 2014 race season is now set. Make plans to attend Saturday February 21st at the Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace. Doors open at 11am with food served at 12 noon. Modifieds, SportMods, Hobby Stocks, American Stocks, Mini Stocks and Mini Dwarfs will be honored at the event. 2015 SLATE FOR 70TH SEASON OF BAKERSFIELD SPEEDWAY REVEALED BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA (December 25, 2014) – Promoter Scott Schweitzer has unveiled an ambitious 70th schedule for the historic Bakersfield Speedway, which will see the west’s fastest one-third mile clay oval host nearly 40 events.
