Late Models back this Saturday July 9th

                      RACING HEATS BACK UP THIS SATURDAY!!! We are back in action this Saturday night July 9th as the Late Models, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, American Stocks and the Mini Stocks are all set to hit the dirt track on JackFM Night. Gates open at 4:00pm with Racing at 6:00pm. General admission just $14, Seniors/Military $12, Kids 6-12 $6, 5 and under free. Parking is always FREE at the Bakersfield Speedway.

Kyle Wood captures McGowan Memorial Hobby Stock main event

                          By Mike Griffith BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIAN Six times, the caution flag came out while Chris McKellar was leading the Sports Mod race on Saturday night, but that only slowed his march toward victory lane in the Richie McGowan Memorial race at Bakersfield Speedway. McKellar captures first SportMod victory of 2016

                          Chris McKellar of Bakersfield picked the perfect weekend to win his first IMCA Northern SportMod main event Saturday night at the Bakersfield Speedway.
