Brad Pounds raced to his second IMCA Modified victory of the year Saturday night at Bakersfield Speedway. Pounds, who started sixth, took the lead 10 laps into the 30-lap feature and finished 1.2 seconds ahead of Robby Sawyer on the third-mile clay oval.
