Baker picks up first Hobby Stock win

Tate Loftis crossed the finish line first, sideways and in the infield, but he was not the winner of a wild 25-lap Hobby Stock feature on Saturday night at Bakersfield Speedway. Trevor Baker, who was pushing Loftis’ car as the pair finished the race, was declared the winner as Loftis was disqualified for rough driving. IMCA Modifieds return to start off the month of May

MINI DWARF SHOCK RULE UPDATE

Affective immediately, the Mini Dwarf shock rule will now be as follows: Afco Quarter Midget Shocks allowed at the Bakersfield Speedway. All other aftermarket shock must be approved before use. It was our intention to help try and keep the cost of racing down by limiting the division to a stock shock and the prior rule.
